It’s all about nonchalance. A single effortless line and a single nonchalantly flung brushstroke -where the hand is not led by eager diligence or some kind of artistic strategy, but seems to head straight for its goal, that is the artist’s intentions – clearly revealed also in painting the artist’s excellence. This is the founding charter of artistic nonchalance located in the “Book of Hoffmann“, the “Cortegiano“ of Baldessari Castiglione first published in 1528 Sprezzatura or nonchalance is a preform of conceptualism, what you can do and what you know not always have to be
visible in the paintings I use layers and work wet on wet, very fast, and that does not allow mistakes because they dirty up the colors and I want my paintings to glow from the inside.
