Alyona Kirtsova was born in 1954 on the island of Svalbard, Barentsburg. Studied painting atthe public school of Vasily Sitnikov (1973-1975). Founder and a member of the creativeassociation Hermitage (1986-current) and one of the founders of the Utopia Foundation(1933-current). Among solo exhibitions are “Retrospective” at the Moscow Art Centre (2002),“Alyona Kirtsova” at the State Russian Museum (1994) and “Frankfurt Aufenthalte” with GiaRigvava at the Karmeliterkloster Gallery (Frankfurt am Main, Germany, 1996). The works arein the collections of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum (New York, USA), the JaneVorhees Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University (New Brunswick, USA), the CorcoranGallery of Art (Washington, USA), the Alberto Sandretti Foundation (Milan), the StateTretyakov Gallery (Moscow), the State Russian Museum (St. Petersburg, Russia), as well asin the private collections of Leonid Talochkin, Mikhail Alshibay.

Sergei Bugaev-Afrika (b. 1966, Novorossiysk) is an artist, curator, and public figure; a key figure of the Leningrad/St. Petersburg underground and new art scene of the 1980s–1990s. In 1980 he moved to Leningrad, where in 1981, after meeting Sergei Kuryokhin, he joined Kuryokhin’s first ensemble, the Crazy Music Orchestra (later Pop Mechanics). He headed the industrial and biological sections while simultaneously collaborating with the bands Kino, Aquarium, and Zvuki Mu. During one of the performances he met Timur Novikov; together they founded the New Artists group, which later evolved into the Mayakovsky Friends Club, dedicated to bridging the traditions of the early avant-garde with contemporary practices. Since 1984, Bugaev-Afrika has participated in more than 200 exhibitions in Russia and abroad. His solo projects have been presented at museums and galleries across Europe and the United States, including: Afrika and Timur Novikov (The Raab Gallery, London, 1989); Donalddestruction (The Clocktower, New York, 1991); Afrika (Queens Museum of Art, New York, 1992); Krimania: Ikonen, Monumente, Mazafaka (MAK, Vienna, 1995); Rebus 11: Works on Copper (I–20 Gallery, New York, 1997); Sergei Bugaev Afrika (Museum Küppersmühle, Duisburg, 2008); Rebus (Moscow Museum of Modern Art, Moscow, 2015); Afrika. Rebus (National Centre for Contemporary Arts, Moscow, 2018); and An Affair with Kitsch (Museum of Art of St. Petersburg of the 20th–21st Centuries, 2022).He has taken part in major international exhibitions, including the 48th Venice Biennale (1999), the 1st Valencia Biennial (2001), the 1st Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art (2005), as well as Berlin–Moscow. Moscow–Berlin. 1950–2000 (Martin-Gropius-Bau, Berlin / State Historical Museum, Moscow) and RUSSIA! (Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York and Bilbao), among others.

Southside Grooven is the artist's pseudonym. Born in 1993 in Elista, Republic of Kalmykia.Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (2017). Solo exhibitions include "Heavyis the Head That Wears a Five-Skull Crown" at Make Your Mark Gallery in Helsinki (Finland,2023) and "Nomadic Tendencies" at Space 81 in Turku (Finland, 2023). Works are held inprivate collections in Russia, Finland, and Sweden.Lacking formal art education, Southside Grooven began his creative journey in 2006 withgraffiti and street art. In recent years, he has focused on studio work, producing paintingsand graphic art.

Galina Agafonova is a multidisciplinary artist working at the intersection of contemporary art and technology. She is a graduate of the Rodchenko Art School (workshop of Yulia Vergazova). Her practice encompasses photography, installation, and landscape, merging photography with spatial practices. Her projects have been presented at London Group Open (London), Wells Contemporary (UK), Rotterdam Photo (Netherlands), the Krasnenkaya Biennale (St. Petersburg), and the Cosmoscow art fair. The artist's solo and group exhibitions explore the interaction between humans, environment, and new media; they have been recognized by critics and gained international acclaim. She is the author of the photobook "OASIS", which is held in the collections of the Garage Museum and MMOMA.

Rudi Molacek was born in Kindberg, Austria, in 1948 Lives and works in Berlin. Studied atthe Graphics Research and Training Institute and then at the University of Applied Arts inVienna. Later taught there as a visiting professor (1985-1991). Awarded the Gustav KlimtPrize (Vienna, 1998) and the Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg Prize for Painting (Graz, 1997).Represented Austria at the Graphic Biennale in Zagreb, Croatia (1994). Participated in theStyrian Autumn Festival of Contemporary Art in Graz, Austria (1998). Participated in ArtCologne in Cologne (1995), Art Forum (1998) and Vienna Art Fair in Vienna (1999, 2000,2006).Solo museum exhibitions were held at the Museum of Modern Art in Admont (Austria, 2011),at the Artists’ House in Vienna (2007) and at the New Gallery of the Museum ComplexJoanneum in Graz (Austria, 1991, 1992, 1994, 1996, 2002). Daria Kalugina was born in Alchevsk in 1998 Lives and works in Moscow. Graduated with aBachelor’s degree from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and PublicAdministration (RANEPA) (2019) and a Master’s degree from HSE ART AND DESIGNSCHOOL in the Contemporary Painting program curated by Vladimir Dubosarsky andOksana Simatova (2022). Misha Buryj was born in 1986 Graduated from the Naberezhnye Chelny College of Arts(2004–2008) and the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) with a degree inAnimation and Computer Graphics (2008–2014). Resident of the SVODY program at theGES-2 House of Culture, the Garage Museum’s Studios, and the Open Studios at theWinzavod Center for Contemporary Art. Participated in the 2nd Triennial of RussianContemporary Art, "A Beautiful Night for All the People", at the Garage Museum ofContemporary Art. Project "Clot" (2021) was awarded the Ruinart Art Patronat grant andfeatured as a solo exhibition at the Cosmoscow International Contemporary Art Fair inMoscow. Artworks are held in private collections in Russia, Italy, and France.

Andrey Dvin was born in 1971 in Omsk. He lives and works in St. Petersburg and Budapest.He received a higher education at Omsk Pedagogical University at the Faculty of Art andGraphics. He studied at the Moscow Institute of Contemporary Art on the course “Newartistic Strategies”. In 1997, he was admitted to the International Federation of Artists (IFA).In 2022, he received the first prize at the International Biennale of Graphics in Oster inNorthern Macedonia.His works are in the collections of the Kuryokhin Center for Contemporary Art in St.Petersburg, in the National Gallery of Northern Macedonia in Skopje, as well as in privatecollections in Russia, Poland, Germany, France, China, Hungary, and Northern Macedonia.

Severin Infante was born in 1971 in Moscow into a family of artists, Francisco Infante andNonna Goryunova. He combines his artistic practice with work in graphic design and entrepreneurial activity. He lives and works in Moscow.

Sasha Puchkova was born in 1989 in Baikonur, Kazakhstan. Lives and works in Moscow. Amember of the Digital object Alliance and “ШШШ”. Graduated as a graphic designer (2012)and studied at St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design,Department of Art History and Theory (2012-2014), British Higher School of Art and Designin Moscow in the programme “Media Design” (2015-2016), The Rodchenko Moscow Schoolof Photography and Multimedia in the “Interactive and Communication Media” workshop(2016-2019), received a Master of Arts degree from the University of Manchester (UK) at theMoscow School of Social and Economic Sciences (2022). Participant of the the 6th UralIndustrial Biennial of Contemporary Art in Yekaterinburg (2021). Resident of the GarageStudios (2022-2023) and the 9th season of Open Studios at Winzavod Centre forContemporary Art (2023) in Moscow. The works reside in the collections of Multimedia ArtMuseum, Moscow and “Micricollection” (Italy).
