Стенд B01.
Стенд объединяет работы 4х художников: Дашу Мальцеву, Даню Пирогова, Дарью Барыбину и Катю Афонину, в работах которых отсутствует центральный субъект как носитель действия и смысла. Изображение здесь лишено взгляда изнутри и отказано от позиции рассказчика. Графика фиксирует пространство, в котором субъект уже ушел или еще не появился, оставив после себя следы, фрагменты, инфраструктуры присутствия.
Dasha Maltseva was born in Perm in 1994 Lives and works in Moscow. Graduated with aBachelor’s degree in History from the HSE University (2016), then received a Master’sdegree at the HSE ART AND DESIGN SCHOOL at the program “Contemporary Painting”curated by Vladimir Dubosarsky and Oksana Simatova (2021). Currently studying at theJoseph Bakstein Institute of Contemporary Art. Member of the Creative Union of Artists ofRussia. The artist’s works have been exhibited in Moscow, St. Petersburg, London, Romeand Venice.

Katya Afonina was born in 1996 in Minsk. Completed painting and drawing courses at theRussian State University named after A.N. Kosygin (2019) and professional retrainingcourses in Painting at the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov(2024). Resident of the 8th season of Open Studios at the Winzavod Center forContemporary Art, as well as residencies in Spain and Italy.In her work, she employs mixed techniques and works across various media, includingpainting, graphic art, sculpture, installation, and readymades.
